Internet Explorer now has patch available

windows-update-icon-copyMicrosoft has now released a patch fix for users with Internet Explorer. Recently, Windows computers with IE were vulnerable to hackers. A bug was exposed that could trick users into visiting a malicious website that would install malware, turning control of the system over to the hackers.

Microsoft released the patch fix for computers with Internet Explorer, even for Windows XP users. This should prevent attackers from installing malware onto computers running Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.

Microsoft had stopped supporting the 12-year-old Windows XP, but gave into the pressure to release the patch fix for XP users. Even with the patch fix, if you’re still concerned about security issue with IE, it’s always recommended to have at least two browsers on your computer such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
