Microsoft Word can be tricky, even if you are an expert. The newest 2013 version reminds me nothing of my 2003 version, or even the 2007 version we have here at the library. Even if you consider yourself an intermediate or advanced user, it never hurts to know some tricks and brush up on some word knowledge.
